Our development services cover the entire spectrum of property development. We seek to acquire land for speculative or pre-sold developments, existing buildings with development potential in locations in any country which are deemed to have the right demand profile for certain a demographic. We also always on the lookout for land with planning permission in place.
We are always interested in hearing about potential properties or land for sale that would benefit from Bizle Property Investors’ bespoke and unique development style. We are interested in both outright purchase of property and entering into joint ventures.

Development Management

Bizle Property Investors act as development managers for specific development projects- commercial, mixed use and residential-  on behalf of clients. We take responsibility for the progress and procurement of new property developments. We manage both new build and renovation projects from conception through to completion.
As development managers  our main duties involve the management of land acquisition and planning issues, and responsibility for progress through the technical, legal, and financial stages of the development. 
We build a project team typically consisting of architects, building contractors, structural engineers, project managers, cost consultants, planning consultants, fire consultants, landscape architects, interior architects among other property services companies
The team has the remit to address project design, seek planning permissions, determine demand and a
project's economics, analyse a site's physical limitations and environmental impacts, provide legal descriptions of a property, put the architectural plans into action and other activities that convert ideas from paper to real property

Facilities Management

Our facilities management services are provided in line with each client’s requirements. We appreciate that each client’s facilities vary and these facilities are a complex organization of people, teams, departments, spaces, equipment, technology and more. Nevertheless, our facility management services co-ordinates a facility’s operations with the aim of making the organization as a whole more effective at what it does.
